Albert Woolson and Civil War Exhibits


The St. Louis County Historical Society is currently displaying a panel exhibit in honor of Albert Woolson, the last surviving veteran of the Union Army, on the first floor of the St. Louis County Heritage & Arts Center (the Depot).  In addition, the Society has a companion exhibit of Civil War artifacts.  These exhibits will be on display in conjunction with the Lake Superior Railroad Museum’s Lincoln Funeral Car exhibit.

Volunteer Gallery Attendants Needed

The St. Louis County Historical Society is seeking volunteer gallery attendants for its Lake Superior Ojibwe Gallery.

 

Training will be provided.  We seek volunteers for all days.
